How long will my order take to ship?

Orders ship twice weekly, so it shouldn’t be more than 4 working days for your order to ship out to you. Once shipped, you should receive a notification via email letting you know your order is on it’s way. PLEASE NOTE: During busy release times, it can take up to 10 working days for items to go out due to volume of orders. Please bear with us during these times, we are working on getting your items out to you as fast as possible!

How long does an order take to arrive?

This very much depends on where the item has been ordered to. Not all orders will be sent with tracking information attached, so below are our shipping estimates, though as with all mail these are subject to change allowing for customs etc:

US: All US orders are sent first class, they should ordinarily arrive within a week from shipping confirmation.

Europe: Orders to ordinarily arrive 2-3 weeks from ship date,This is sometimes extended to 4 or 5 weeks, if customs decide to hold your package.

Rest of the World: For orders to anywhere not listed above, orders can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on the mail service in your given country.

I entered some information incorrectly on my order (wrong item/size chosen, error in address etc.) - can you fix it?

If you have ordered the wrong item, wrong size or made an error in any of the shipping information you’ve provided to us, as long as you contact us before you receive your shipping confirmation email, we should be able to fix it for you! In the case of these errors, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we do not hear from you until after your order has shipped, there will be nothing we can do from that point, and in cases of address errors we will have to charge a second postage cost to resend the item as the error was not made by us, or the postal service.

I emailed you about my order. When can I expect to hear back?

We aim to reply to all emails within 2-3 working days. PLEASE NOTE: If you contact us through any feature other than the ‘Order Questions’ or by emailing baileyillustrationstore@gmail.com it will take much longer to respond to your query.

If we’re out of the expected time frame (as given above), please contact us through the order/store questions section of our website and we’ll get back to you asap to check the status of your order! Please note: If you contact us more than 6 months after your order was placed to let us know it never arrived, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. 

Do you take returns?

Under most circumstances, no. We do not offer refunds unless an item is demonstrably defective. All return costs are paid for by the customer.

I’m interested in an item that is out of stock, will it be back?

If an item is listed as limited, we will likely not restock it in the future unless there is a high demand. Otherwise it is entirely possible we will restock the item, though it can take a few months between printings. If there’s an item you’re particularly interested in, please let us know and we can give you more information.

I like a design you have, but want it on a T shirt, is there a way I can have this?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer all designs on merch at this time. We run a very small operation, and only hold a certain amount of merch at any time. If you’re interested in a particular design/particular piece of merch, let us know and if demand is high, we will do our best to provide!
